Work-in-progress video for what was going to be an entry in Indie Pirate Kart until I realized my idea is way too ambitious to be done in time for that (the initial deadline was a week ago). It also probably doesn’t gel with the tone of Indie Pirate Kart, either.

Most of what you see in this video was done in only three (long, grueling) days. I basically shut myself off from the outside world to work on this game every waking moment of those three days. I got really sick of looking at it pretty fast, so I threw in the towel and said “Fine, I’ll finish this on my own terms.”

This might be the first game project where I have tried to generate 100% of the assets by myself. There are no ripped sprites here, and only a couple ripped sound effects that I intend to replace. (Can you name their source?) I haven’t even thought about music yet.
